I absolutely love primitives because they take me back to my "crayon years." Remember the feeling you got opening a new box of crayons, the smell of the wax, the interesting and exotic color names, the excitement of the possibilities? That's what primitives are all about for me. I can let lines and angles be funky, use strange new colors, and scribble! No rules, no one to judge your "artistry," just fun from start to finish.
