Featured Rug of the Month
Celtic Table Runner 13"x36"
Designed by Judy Taylor
Hooked by Lyle Gowing
Lyle Gowing used Scotland for his inspiration in hooking the Celtic Table Runner. The blue and pink made him think of sunrise, the lavender background brought to mind the fields of heather. He'd never been to Scotland himself, but has family ties that go back to the early 17th century, when his ancestor migrated to America.
The yarn was handspun from wool he found at The Pines Farm in Maple Valley, WA and Dawn's Custom Carding in Roy, WA.
Lyle resides in Lincoln City, Oregon
