October 15&16 at the Puyallup Fairgrounds I am offering a $5.00 discount on my Mini-Teddy Bear Kit, normally $28.00, but for the month of October, it will be on sale for $23.00!
You can customize your kit in whatever colors you want! Each kit comes with pattern on burlap, yarn, fabric for the ears and paws, button eyes and ribbon for the neck, as well as instructions for sewing the body together. These make great projects for beginning rug hookers, because you are just hooking shapes, with very little detail. Then you can personalize your bear with hats, glasses, sweaters, jewelry, you name it!
I think teddy bears make such fun projects, because no two bears are the same. The first part to get sewn together is the face and head, and then I get to know the bear, as the rest of the body gets constructed. They are very quick projects, a nice change of pace from the larger rugs.
