Peace Fleece is an excellent knitting yarn, but did you know it makes a great rug hooking yarn as well? I have created several kits using Peace Fleece, because I really like the colors and textures that they give my projects. I also like the feel of hooking with Peace Fleece, its not too slippery, the yarn "stays put."
I use these kits in my beginner classes. They are small, just 4"x4." (Many students have them hooked by the end of the class!) They give you a basic understanding of the hooking process.

Learn the art of natural shading
These kits are designed to teach the art of realistic natural shading. I recommend the Alpaca Kit for your first try, it is easier, and gives you two different methods for shading. The Shaded Rose Kit is more advanced, but will really hone your artistic skills!
